10A. Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds
Self-serve cancellation. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, yourself, in a few clicks: go to My Account → Subscriptions and click Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access and notifications until then, and you are not billed again after you cancel.
We are not obligated to cancel on your behalf. Because cancellation is fully self-serve and available to you at any time, we do not cancel accounts manually on request and we are under no obligation to do so. We do not provide individual account-management or technical support, and nothing in these Terms creates any support, service-level, or response-time obligation.
No refunds. All payments are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for any reason, including unused time, partial billing periods, failure to cancel before a renewal, dissatisfaction with forecast accuracy, lack of aurora activity, or inability to view the aurora. This is a condition of the discounted price at which the Service is offered. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
Replying STOP is not cancellation. Replying STOP to a text message only stops texts (see Section 3). It does not cancel your subscription or stop billing.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
“Aurora Admin” is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
