Production Timeline: 2-7 business days

Your order enters production after payment confirmation. Production time varies based on product type and current order volume. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after production

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days after production

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days after production

International (Other Regions)

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: 5-10 business days after production

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order contents. We work to provide competitive rates through our fulfillment partner's global network.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package through the carrier's website using this number. If you don't receive tracking information within 10 days of ordering, contact us at support@auroraadmin.com.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. This optimizes delivery speed and reduces your overall wait time. Each item will have its own tracking number.

International Orders

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and vary by destination.

Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot redirect packages once shipped, and incorrect addresses may result in lost packages or return-to-sender fees.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a carrier confirms delivery, Aurora Admin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your order and arranging for secure delivery if you won't be home.

Damaged Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Wrong Item

Received the wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange to send the correct product at no additional cost.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately at support@auroraadmin.com. We can modify addresses before production begins. Once an order enters production or ships, address changes are not possible.

Refusal & Returns

Refused packages or packages returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to reshipping fees. Review our Return Policy for detailed information about returns and exchanges.
